Kat was an early RN Cle client, turned instructor, who loves the energy and change of pace that Rise Nation offers. Her classes are a mix of eclectic styles, with lots of combinations and long ranges. Outside of Rise, she works in health care administration and you can always find her at Cleveland restaurants, the Metroparks, or scrolling her Explore Page full of dog reels.
