Abigail

Abigail is an OG Rise Nation Cleveland client turned instructor. She took her first class in 2017 and still can’t get enough. Her classes are intense and challenging but you’ll leave on a high. Expect a no-frills, all-out, LFG climb focused on finding your strength and pushing your limits. She’s everyone’s biggest hype woman in and out of the Tunnel and has an energy that'll get you out of bed before 6 a.m.
