Class Action Waiver
In order to make a class reservation, you must first have a class credit, a class series or a monthly membership. To buy class credits, a class series or a monthly membership, you can go to our web site and log into your account (if you do not have an account, you will need to create one). Please note that our class, class series and membership prices are subject to change without notice. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your purchase. As soon as your charge is approved, your class credits, class series or monthly membership will be delivered to your account. If you fail to pay any charges when due, RISE NATION, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your privileges. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys” fees and collection costs, that RISE NATION, LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any past due or unpaid balances from you. Class credits purchased are not refundable. Recurring monthly memberships are charged every month on the day of your initial purchase for the duration of the series and also will not be eligible for a refund once the transaction is completed.
Membership Cancellations/Suspensions and Late Cancel Policy
For all monthly membership cancellations or suspensions, we request a 14-day written notice before the date of renewal to avoid future charges. If you would like to cancel a class after you have booked it, you must do so more than 8 hours in advance of the class start time. You can cancel a class reservation by simply logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel” option next to your upcoming classes. If you cancel more than 8 hours in advance, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you fail to cancel more than 8 hours in advance or “no show” to your class, you will lose your class credit and unlimited members will be charged a late cancellation fee.
