Rise Nation is the vision of training and movement expert Jason Walsh. For years, Jason has funneled his expertise into 1:1 personal training to change the bodies, minds and lives of his clients utilizing a “Movement” and progression–based philosophy. At his personal training studio, Rise Movement, Jason and his team train the body to move the way it’s physiologically intended. By utilizing movement progression that is innate to the human body — crawling > walking > running > climbing — Rise Nation delivers a group training experience that culminates with and is primarily focused on CLIMBING.

The CLIMBING movement utilizes upper and lower muscle groups together, just as the human body is optimally designed to move. Your body stays upright, in a comfortable, natural movement pattern. Unlike other cardio machines, the Climber is momentum neutral, requiring your body to perform all of the work, all of the time. This intense, full-body workout promotes a more balanced physique, leaving you better equipped to perform the natural requirements of your day-to-day life. Utilizing the Climber, Rise Nation will promote healthier overall movement, creating a better balanced and functioning body. Climbing minimizes impact on bones and joints, lowering the risk of bodily stress and injury that is sometimes seen in other group-based training.
