    VISION

    Rise Nation is the vision of training and movement expert, Jason Walsh. For years, Jason has funneled his expertise into 1:1 personal training to change the bodies, minds and lives of his clients utilizing a "Movement" and progression- based philosophy. At his personal training studio, Rise Movement, Jason and his team train the body to move the way it's physiologically intended. By utilizing movement progression that is innate to the human body - crawling > walking > running > climbing - Rise Nation delivers a group training experience that culminates with and is primarily focused on CLIMBING.

    CLIMB FOR A CAUSE

    The team at Rise Nation believes deeply in giving back, so we will incorporate various charitable events in the near future.

    CLASSES

    Classes are co-ed, 30 minutes, and utilize correct full body movements.

    101:

    Estimated total feet climbed: 1500-2000 ft

    An introductory level class to become familiar with the climber and the climbing motions. Because there are various moves that are unique to Rise Nation's classes, this class is recommended as a first class. It is great for those that need time to progress before taking a higher level.

    THE CLIMB:

    Estimated total feet climbed: 1500-3100 ft

    A tempo/rhythm class that utilizes the beat of the music to guide and inspire you through your climb. All Work is done on the climber.

    CLIMB & FLOW:

    Estimated total feet climbed: 1500-2000 ft

    A flow yoga class combined with the climbing element. The combination of the two is an amazing way to learn to control breathing during your floor movements. Please bring or purchase a yoga mat.

    GROUNDWORK:

    Estimated total feet climbed: 1500-3000 ft

    A ground/core work class that utilizes multiple full body exercises combined with the climbing element. The combination of the two is an incredible workout. Please bring or purchase a yoga matt.

    EXTREME CLIMB:

    Estimated total feet climbed: 2500-5000 ft

    A high intensity extreme elevation class using timed intervals to achieve the highest caloric burn that lasts all day. All work is done on the climber.
